I visited my ex on Saturday and ended up staying til Monday is one excuse.
Secondly I’ve been too worn out by going to the gym, going to classes, doing coursework and finding a new house to make my way onto tumblr.
I’ll try my best to keep up more in the future.

it’s almost summer time, the time will go by and before you know it, you’ll be asking yourself “Where did the time go? It’s May already?? Why didn’t I diet/exercise earlier?!”

I went to the gym this morning for one hour and forty five minutes. I did 2km at 12kmh on the treadmill and 1km at 6kmh and 12.0 incline. Today was a legs, back and abs day so I did lots of weights and made sure to do more reps or higher weights than last time to keep progressing =]
I have a packed lunch of salad and chopped mango, and a packed dinner of a cottage cheese and chutney sandwich and 2 wholemeal rice cakes and a pear.
I have football training this evening which will be fun. I’m so glad that tomorrow is my rest day though!
